We have a American silver dollar marked 1920, Coin Collectors How is this possible? ?
I'm doing research for a play, in it we need an American silver dollar. We have found one and the date on it says 1920. But, I know from research that no silver dollars where produced here from 1904 to 1921. How is this possible? It is not fake, we have had it appraised and all the tell tale signs of an authentic silver dollar are there. Whats the deal?
